What Sloose does

Sloose takes data you already have, in a spreadsheet today and in documents and other systems soon, and gets it into your CRM as clean, linked records.

A run goes through seven steps, and you can save any point as a reusable template:

  1. Home: pick the modules you are importing into and resume saved jobs.
  2. Data: paste or upload. Rows can be edited, excluded or filtered by a formula.
  3. Match: per module, decide whether rows are all new, updates to existing records, or a mix, and which field identifies a match.
  4. Map Fields: each target field takes a column, a fixed value, a formula, or a live search against another module. Auto-mapping proposes a starting point.
  5. Values: translate picklist values and lookups from what the source says to what the CRM expects.
  6. Validate: type mismatches, over-long values, broken formulas and unmatched references, each with a link back to where it is fixed.
  7. Import: dry run first, then the real thing, row by row with a live log, pause, cancel and retry.

Rows can create records in several modules at once and link them. A contact row can create the account it belongs to and point at it, in one pass, because the engine works out the write order from the links you mapped.
